my room, the beautiful suite balcony lake view, had a very nice balcony. it offered lovely mornings with coffee i enjoyed. the staff was attentive to every need, a true delight it was.
my room was situated near the road, and some traffic noise did carry. also, the mini-fridge in my room did not keep my beverages as cold as i hoped.

i was pretty frustrated. the room they gave me was a basic double room. it was smaller than i expected and felt cramped. also the bathroom had some problems the shower head was leaky and the water pressure was really weak. it made taking a shower a really annoying task

The location was fine. It had easy access to the walking path.
the cleanliness was a major issue. the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. dust was everywhere, and i found old water bottles in the fridge. housekeeping did a minimal job, and the tea and coffee station was very DIRTY.

my room was too small, the bathroom too was tiny. this does not match the price i paid. plus, the view was bad. i didn't expect this and will never repeat this experience nor recommend it to others.
